The order was delivered more than a day late. After the March national holiday, they naturally delivered an old bouquet, which had already lost all meaning. As a "generous" compensation, they offered a 20% discount on my next order. I’m not sure what offends me more—the poor service quality, receiving the bouquet after the holiday, or this compensation itself.
