Tradition Praline is selling pralines and praline spreads, according to the traditional french recipe. When I was introduced to these pralines and spreads, I was truly amazed by the taste and flavours. The perfect combination of crunch and sweetness. I also love how practical it is to eat on the go. Besides it's super healthy, there is barely any sugar. I actually take some pralines with me if I know I will have a long workout, because I know I will have so much energy back with zero insuline pick!
