I've tried vitamin D capsules from this brand. They work really well at giving enough vitamin D for somebody like me that doesn't spend time in the sun hardly at all. The capsules are very tiny, but that makes taking them easier than larger pills. The only complaint I have with these capsules is that they contain silicon dioxide.

Over the past three months, I have consistently incorporated their amino acid and protein supplements into my routine, and I have observed that the quality of their products is commendable. It is a well-known fact that the taste of most supplement products is unpleasant; however, I find their flavors to be relatively tolerable.
