Absolutely Pathetic Experience – Feels Like a Scam
My experience with Teethys has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order on 26th March 2025 (Order #2690) and have been trying for weeks to get an exchange for a different size. They proudly claim to offer exchanges, but in reality, they are completely non-responsive.
I tried every possible way to reach out—multiple emails, Instagram DMs, even contacting the founder, Yash Maheshwari, personally. No one bothered to respond. Their support system is non-existent, and the contact number listed is inactive. It honestly feels like the brand is ghosting customers after taking their money, which is disgraceful and unethical.
After being completely ignored for days, I had no choice but to file an official consumer court complaint (Grievance Number: 7032499). I’m now moving forward with legal action because this is nothing less than fraudulent behavior.
If you value your money, time, and sanity, avoid shopping from Teethys at all costs. This has been one of the most disgusting customer experiences I’ve ever had.
