I was super excited that these tasted as good and sweet as they did! They have much cleaner list of ingredients as compared to some of the other candy choices. They are a bit expensive, but worth it in my opinion!

I had the same question! I was initially thinking that one gummy was "equivalent to a half cup of coffee" per the bag. Digging deeper it seems to not be the case unfortunately. The nutritional information on the bag states that a serving is an entire bag (50g) is 50mg of caffeine. A regular coffee has about 80-100 mg of caffeine, so you'd need two bags. That amounts to 72 grams of sugar/carbs (basically two cans of coke!).

Each bag has the equivalent of roughly half of a cup of coffee (50mg caffeine). 

Does anyone know how roughly how many Tandy Energy Bursts I need to eat in order to have the equivalent of a cup of coffee?

It takes a whole bag to equal one cup of coffee (50mg). I’m caffeine sensitive, so just three gummies helped me stay awake to watch House of Dragons and then go to sleep. They’re like microdosing caffeine! I like that they packaged in smaller portions and are functional. This way you don’t havr to buy 30 gummies that you might not like. Oh, the taste and consistency is just like a regular gummy.

I've loved all three flavors gummies I've tried from this brand. The mellow melons helped me sleep, and the energy bursts helped me function at work on little sleep. The only complaint I have with these is that they leave my fingers sticky after eating them. The focus fish are the only ones that didn't leave my fingers sticky, but I'm unsure if they really helped me to concentrate better on writing an essay or not. I would need to test them more. 

I tried the focus fish gummies. Can't say I felt the focus effects of them but they were a tasty treat. I wish they had an option without gelatin. 

I grabbed all the flavors. Usually most candies that have some health benefit attached to it are nasty, but these are pretty good. Nothing out of this world, but tasty nonetheless. My fav is the Refreshing Watermelon flavor. Cute packaging, too! 

These are very delicious actually I tried the supports digestive, & it did not disappoint. I recommend the try price point is around $3 a baggies. 

Love these gummies. Don't taste artificial or have that after taste. The texture is not too soft or hard to chew. I feel like it worth the money.

These tasted so good! I like that they are made of natural flavors and are not overly sweet. Also the low calories are a plus. Will definitely be purchasing more and trying out the other flavors.

I recently tried these gummies and was pleasantly surprised. They seemed to do what they stated, such as stress relief or focus. They also were great-flavored and decently priced for the added health benefits. I enjoyed the fact that they were not overpowering either in taste or in the intended benefits, like energy. All in all, a great product!

I got the TANDY gummies at Target. There are so many flavors and each flavor has its own helpful additive. I got the MELLOW MELONS watermelon candy and the RESTFUL RINGS peach candy. I think they are a fun way to get some calm into your life. There are substitute sugars in them that I cannot tolerate so when I get more in the future, bit will be for fun gifts! 

Really liked these gummies! I think they work as advertised as well. I liked the fact that you can get some health benefits at the same time. The peach flavored one is my current favorite. Would like to try all the different varieties. 

I tried Tandy gummies, and they've become my go-to treats for when I have a sweet tooth with a little wellness boost. My favorite is Focus Fish because I usually need help focusing while doing my work. The flavors are vibrant and delicious, making it feel like I'm indulging in candy, but with added benefits. I love that they're made with natural ingredients and have added supplements like fiber and probiotics. They're a bit on the pricier side, but they're made with good ingredients with health benefits.

The taste and texture of the gummies is good. As a gummy candy I really like the product. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any of the functional benefits and I think the price is a little high for a single serve candy.

These were good, nothing crazy. Took the restful rings one before bed, probably did make me feel calmer and more relaxed. They have a nice texture and good amount of chew, not hard at all. Kind of expensive for one single serving bag though. 

Functionally I didn’t really notice any difference, but I’m interested in trying the different kinds to test that out. Regardless, these are a tasty and healthier gummy which I always love to have on hand. 

These are great gummies.  They are so delicious and work great. The sress head gummies helped with relaxation and the energy bursts gummies give toy that extra kick that you need to get moving.  They are gluten free and made with real ingredients. 

I like how Tandy doesn't use artificial / alternative sweeteners besides regular cane sugar - which is coming from someone who avoids those kind of products. I like how the gummies contain energy-boosting ingredients as well. The package is small but perfect in my opinion!

I was able to try these for free through a rebate website. Since then I have purchased more on my own. They taste just like candy gummies. I really love the unique concept. My only gripe is the steep price. 

Love these! Low sugar, mostly have high fiber, and added benefits. I love the sour watermelons and the gummy bears. I like that you can order them online or pickup in store. They are a bit pricey, but for the quality and a healthy alternative it’s worth it to me.
