  • I’ve been a Switch member for over a year now, and it’s by far my favorite subscription I’ve ever had. I started on Core and quickly moved to Select; the upgrade was worth it immediately. What I love most: • The selection is legitimately incredible. Chanel, Hermès, Celine, Cartier, Van Cleef. All authenticated, and good condition. New pieces drop constantly, and I’ve been able to rotate pieces I’d never justify buying outright. • It actually feels unlimited. You can swap as often as you want with free 2-day shipping, and the process is shockingly smooth. No late fees, no stress. • Great for experimenting with style. I’ve discovered brands and silhouettes I’d never try at retail prices. Some pieces I end up loving so much that I buy them with the member discount. • Customer service is genuinely helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question, the team responds quickly and goes out of their way to help. Super quick Bottom line: Switch is honestly a game-changer. It’s fun, flexible, and feels like having a rotating designer closet. I recommend it to everyone.

  • This is the biggest scam. I haven't been able to rent anything new in FIVE months because I have two things out of four at home. I paid for the most upgraded membership, 1 select plus 3 core spots membership. Every time I go to check out it says I have to return something first, but I still have two spots open! Also, just an FYI if you get the Core membership, there are only currently 10 PURSES even available to rent. Their customer helpline is not working. It keeps telling me they already have a voicemail for me so it won't even let me leave one.

  • I came across this company via social media ads and decided to try it out as I’m familiar with the luxury rental business model from Rent the Runway. When I joined there were two membership levels and they have since rolled out more tiers, but I choose their first level called “Core”, which was $45/month and allows for one rental item. I used this service for two months and rented a David Yurman cable bracelets that retails for $700 and rainbow gemstone earrings that retails for $400. The process was super simple through their website (there is no app), and the packaging was efficient and easy—items are sent in a recyclable plastic bag/pouch and they include return packaging and the items are in a dust bag in a box. While the process was simple, the products fun to browse and wear, I found the selection to be limited and the variety to be seemingly color ways and styles that aren’t popular. There were also many items I was ready to rent, but they were not available. Switch’s solution is a “notify me” button to alert when it’s been returned, but that often didn’t work for my schedule. Ultimately I cancelled my membership although their customer service was top-notch and they offered an incentive to stay along with promise of upcoming optimizations. I think this company is worth a try for the cost and fun, but the shelf life is not long-term.

  • Love Switch. I love everything about this company. The business model itself is genius and the types of bags and jewelry they carry are terrific. I had been a Core member for years until upgrading to Select. Then I upgraded to a Yearly Select plan. I even bought a Chanel Boy bag as a treat to myself earlier this year. The value is amazing and they constantly add new items not to mention the amazing customer care. Can’t recommend it enough!!!
