it is kind of a wild product.. instant latte? I can report that it is delicious and also has the health benefits I like to have in the morning. 15g of collagen protein and organic coffee, also it has somehting in there that prevents the jitters so I can focus longer. Highly recommend I like the dark chocolate one- blue package
