Horrible apart from the fact that they scam people 

Some studies suggest sucralose might slightly alter guy bacteria composition in animals, but human research is limited (Was a small portion of the answer I got from asking google on my phone - please remember people, don't just take people word for it, research their findings for yourself)

It’s only meant to be 1 serving according to the site. And a bunch of vitamins taken at the dosage of 3 a day for sustained periods of time can cause harm like you mentioned.  

They scam people. Check online for real reviews and you will see how doggy they are. Really fraudulent behavior. Can't delete account. They add you to their monthly subscription of 45 euros a month that you can't cancel and even if they say they have, not true. People had to cancel their cards with the bank to solve it. Trustpilot and others do not let you post negative reviews which is really misleading and a lie.

This is complete bs. I've canceled my subscription several times before because of various reasons and sometimes I even get a discount for staying or coming back. It takes one click from your account and that's it. 

Apart from the fact they steal from buyers

Their products do not contain any mushrooms. Test them 

Some supplements or medications have headache as a known side effect. If the product contains ingredients your body is sensitive to, it could trigger headaches. That said, maybe your body is sensitive to an ingredient that you didn't know about. Might be worth looking into.

Some supplements might increase water loss, leading to dehydration and headaches.

It's also possible that this product might be exacerbating an undiagnosed health condition that causes headaches. I know it's easy to simply blame a product and just stop using it. However, it might also be triggering something that you didn't know you have. Maybe worth looking into just to be sure! It could save your life in the long-run for all you know. - I know how that sounds, but it's possible!

That happens to so many people and only solution is to cancel card which is very annoying 

Because there are no mushrooms in any of their products. Have them tested

im amazed people are struggling to cancel, it is misleading, as when you try it gives you an option to spread out to 6 months, but the other button is simply (cancel) in small font, in light grey, this makes you think it is to cancel the request to cancel, it is not, it is the real cancel button. once you click it you will get a video from the guy who owns the company trying to convince you to stay, just press cancel again and it's done, no ongoing payments.

Rainbow Dust Mushroom Coffee

Product is ok, but customer service SO MUCH NOT OK. Delivery can take few weeks or even a month (in Europe). Half of products are missing and they promised to send it with 24h delivery, guess what... I'm still waiting. What's more by ordering there is automatical monthly abonament very hard to cancel. I  like the product, but I don't recommend this company. I'll search for alternative or create my own mix.

Woof. I really want to write a glowing review here, but this one is tough. Here's my breakdown:

PROS:
- Tastes REALLY good. Which is rare for supplements like this. Love it in coffee, especially.
- Mixes well into liquids, especially if hot. Not one of those chunky supplement powders that refuses to blend. I have one of those little frother gadgets, too, which made the blending seamless.
- Really cool packaging. 

CONS:
- Very hard to tell if this actually did anything for me. I was typically adding it to coffee, which naturally has similar results for my ADHD brain. Can't say with certainty this did anything extra on top of the coffee, and I drank it religiously, daily, for months. 
- Subscription management is a pain in the butt
- If you're US-based, shipping is a huge pain. Ships from the UK (or they at least did last time I received it earlier in 2023), so even if you're on subscription, there's no telling when it's going to show up. Sometimes it would come way late, then the next one would come in time, and I'd be left with way too much product. Ended up cancelling my subscription for this reason. 

Overall - I think it's worth TRYING to see if it works for you, and it does taste really good. But if you're in the US, I wouldn't recco setting up a subscription, unless you're going to be diligent about logging in and constantly adjusting your subscription cadence as needed. 

For me the taste is awful, but over time it becomes bearable.

I have adhd for which I take off-label bupropion.  On top of bupropion the space dust is too strong and not needed, however if for any reason (adhd 🤷🏻‍♀️) I miss my bupropion dose, this makes a reasonable alternative.  Gets me through the day. 

(Anyone who knows bupropion and is confused why I wouldn’t just take my dose as soon as I remember, I have to take it at night time, so can’t just take it in the morning if I forget (because of the affects it has on me). )

So for me this gets a thumbs up because it has been a bit of a life saver every so often. … 

**AVOID** Ordered on Monday, it was not sent out and no response until Friday, after I chased them. Wanted me to confirm address, 4 business days after placing order... Asked them to cancel order but they kept the subscription going without saying! I was able to cancel myself on portal. Thats sneaky and probs catches people out. Clearly, their order fulfilment team need to wake up and are in need of their own product 👀

It took almost a year to cancel the subscription. For two time  they confirmed  that the subscription was interrupted  but unfortunately I continued to receive the product  every month. Only when I informed them that that I would have contacted PayPal to stop the payment  the shipment has been cancelled!!

FRAUD - Recurring Subscription

So here is the fraud. You won't come to know till AFTER you ordered that they have sneakingly signed you up for RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION.

Then you email them and they will tell you "No we can't cancel it for you - You have to do it yourself" and guess what? You can't find the option on the website.

So now you are stuck with a recurring subscription that you didnt order - and you can't cancel.

The only option left is to call your bank and block them. That's what I did.

Make sure that you check your subscription when you place an order.
They charged me £39.00 yesterday (28/11/24) and shipped goods to an address I moved out of over a month ago. Despite multiple emails and requesting an escalation Spacegoods have refused to credit me for an order I did not place. They have told me that I need to send the goods back to them in order to get a refund despite the fact that I have told them that the property is empty and I cannot gain access and Royal Mail typically push the order through the door. They sent me a Royal Mail tracking number and said that Its my responsibility to track and try to stop delivery or re/track in order to return and then ask for a credit. 
Spacegoods Service is disgraceful and I would recommend that you steer clear!!

Got the sample pack, did not realise the product has sweetener in it. I hate all artificial sweeteners, they taste bitter to me. I tried 1 sip of the chocolate and wanted to gag. I still taste the bitter hours later. Not for me.

Product is OK, but will not be buying from them again due to their fraudulent behaviour.

When I ordered, I changed my subscription to every 6 months instead of every month straight away. Despite this, a month later I received an order confirmation email. I contacted them as soon as I realised asking them to cancel the order, and logged in to the account, believing I must not have changed the permissions, as why else would it be sent. I was shocked to discover that it was showing as a 6 monthly subscription and almost certain that it had not been this long, so checked my banking and saw that my last charge was just a month before. 

Upon contacting, I was told there was nothing that could be done to help me and they tried to blame me rather than apologising for the error.

Please Do NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers and their products are fake. Just analyze them and you will see that they contain nothing of what they claim. They keep charging your card every month even though you never subscribed and it is impossible to close account. I had to talk to my bank to block them. SCAMMERS.

I can believe the positive reviews cos they do steal money from you with their very fraudulent behavior. First they add you to their monthly subscription of 45 euros a month that you can't cancel. Funny they say they have but keep charging your card monthly. You can't even delete your account cos no option available. Only way to solve it it is to cancel your card with the bank to solve it. Review platforms will not allow negative reviews which is really misleading and a lie. I'm glad here are honest. A complete disgrace of a company or whatever you want to call it. And the products are awful.

Didn’t notice any of the “positives” that the advertising says you will get. Compared the regular coffee this is very expensive and isn’t worth the cost given that there are no positives for me. Also from a negative standpoint, I found that this product gave me an upset stomach which I have never had with regular coffee but this ceased as soon as I stopped using it. Might work for some people but not for me 

I returned my order over a month ago, and the refund was only processed after I repeatedly chased them. At first, they didn’t even offer a basic apology just cold, copy-paste responses pretending everything was fine.

The way they ignored my refund for so long feels like fraudulent behavior. It’s clear they never intended to return my money unless I forced the issue. When I finally got through, the so-called “manager” (Jess) gave me the same vague, dismissive responses with zero accountability or explanation.

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced no ownership, no respect, just endless excuses and delay tactics.

Avoid Spacegoods at all costs. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and clearly don’t value their customers.


I have been taking this for about 2 months.. (3 servings per day) Recently for the first time in my life I have been getting panic attacks for no reason and after a recent blood test it turns out something I consuming is affecting my liver and causing damage. Obviously I have no proof of Space Goods being the cause but the timing absolutely matches up. Let me make it clear that I have never suffered with panic attacks or liver issues prior to consuming this product.

Pretty rubbish practices and communications. I was able to make an order for an item that was out of stock, but did not display that way. After being told it was out of stock, after asking to cancel the order, I then receive another message to say sorry no it is in stock now and it'll be dispatched some point later in the week. 

Then had to send a total of 11 emails to finally get a response that they would cancel the order, but to get that I had to quote consumer rights bills and threaten to escalate the issue to trading standards.

If that's how they treat and manage new customer expectations, imagine how they'll treat you once they're already getting your money consistently.  Wouldn't bother.

I ordered the starter bundle, but unfortunately only half of the items arrived, and the rainbow dust chocolate I paid for was missing. I contacted the company’s representative, Kim, via email and provided my address and the transaction number from my bank statement. After that, I never received a response or any follow-up. Based on my experience, I feel very disappointed and cannot recommend this company. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Would like a version without caffeine or maybe some different flavours, drinking a hot chocolate didn't really put me in a mood that was productive. 

Tasted like a normal packet hot chocolate. Couldn't really tell if the mushroom supplements had any effect, due to the caffeine. Was similar to a normal coffee effect wise

Information about sweetener should be more visible in the advert. Price is way too high. Also containing caffeine. 

I don't see a big difference after week. It's also with sweetener which is not says on adverts. Taste ok. 

Alittle too sweet but not a deal breaker 

I've only been using this product 5 days and I have noticed better focus.The downside for me is the sickly headaches I'm getting the next morning,never suffered with headaches before so I know it's the product.Its a shame as I like the product and only have 1 cup per day but I can't put up with these headaches the following morning 

I don't understand at all how Spacegoods talks about a natural product on their website and the product contains sucralose (E 955). 

Sucralose is a sweetener that tastes 400 to 700 times sweeter than regular table sugar.

Sucralose (E 955) is suspected of affecting the intestinal flora. In addition, sugar is generally bad and I cannot use the product because I am fasting and do not eat anything until 12 p.m., but need a coffee beforehand.

I just saw it on the pouch. Why couldnt I find it on their website?

This product tastes disgusting. Vile. Artificial. Packed with caffeine. You'd have to have NO taste to enjoy this product. Vile. Vile. Vile. 

It stinks. Your hands stink. And your stomach will hate you. Forever. 

Avoid

Unless you like drinking cat urine. If you do, then this product is for you 

They refunded the first order...and have now sent another. Been smoking too much of the plastic packaging
