I really love Solaray! Their supplements are always super clean, high quality, and I can really tell a difference when I use them. I’ve tried a few different ones and they’ve all been great. Definitely a brand I keep coming back to and trust!

I've been taking this for a month and I really can attribute some of the effects to this supplement. It's been incredibly helpful for muscle and overall relaxation. My only complaint is the recommended suggestion of taking 4 pills - they're large!
