Do not buy from Social Queen. I bought a dress for a wedding on 10/24 and it was delivered on 9/1. I became ill shortly thereafter and was not able to try the dress on until 9/27 when I realized it won’t fit. I contacted Social Queen right away and was told that I missed the return period and they would not accept the return and issue a refund. I appealed that decision letting them know that I was sick and hadn’t even opened the package. Then again refused to accept the return. Terrible customer service! They could easily resell the dress as it is a winter dress. What am I supposed to do with a dress that doesn’t fit?
