I was able to try this product for free through a rebate program. I really like this healthy alternative to regular pudding. I like that it’s sugar free and it has a good taste. I have only been able to find it at my local Sprouts.

I use this mostly for my ninja creami's as a thickener and to add a stronger flavor. People use the jello products in their's but I don't like the ingredients in those; the ingredients in these are better and it gets the job done perfectly. I've also started to try it in my kefir to give it a different flavor as well as how it's intended to be used as, pudding, except I just make small portions and mix it with a tiny bit of milk or water. If you get the ratio right, the consistency is really pudding-esque. One box lasts me for a while and it's usually 2 for $5 at Sprouts most of the time, which I think is reasonable.

The taste, convenience, and health benefits, particularly for those following a keto diet. I appreciate the sugar-free, low-carb nature of the puddings and their ability to satisfy sweet cravings without guilt.Love the product.
