Purchased a Bedford TV Stand from Simpli-Home eBay Store on 23 May. It arrived on 4 June and I began assembly on 6 June. Quickly discovered I was missing several pieces that are used to assemble the 2 drawers in the unit. I contacted Customer Service on-line and left a Service Request for the missing parts. Customer Service wrote back the next day that they needed additional information (which I had already provided in my initial request). I replied back with the invoice .pdf, a photo of the warning labels, the Lot Number from the shipping box. The next day Customer Service sent me another message that said they do not have any replacement parts to provide me to finish the assembly job. My choices are to send the unit back (good luck with disassembly and getting all the pieces back into the box) OR go to eBay and request a Refund. I went to eBay and since the item has already been delivered to me "No Refund" is available. Basically, Simpli-Home washed their hands in the matter, has no intentions of making good on THEIR MISTAKE IN PACKING THE SHIPMENT, and I am plain old Sh^* Out Of Luck. I sent them a reply back to their lack of Customer Service or concern for their company's reputation. I've heard nothing back now for 4 days. $468.00 flushed down the drain with an incomplete TV Stand Assembly. Definitely not worthy of putting in the living room. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
