  • I consider myself a Shortbread Society hipster—I’ve been following them since the COVID pop-up days! Their shortbread is hands down the best I’ve had: incredibly buttery and rich. I’ve tried a bunch of different flavors over the years and haven't met one I didn't like yet. These are perfect for groups, but if you have leftovers, they actually freeze beautifully when cut into pieces. The owners are genuinely kind people who clearly take pride in their craft. I haven’t made it to the new storefront yet, but it’s at the top of my list!
