Select is the best aperitif out there in my opinion. It’s like a cross between Aperol and Campari - not too bitter and not too sweet. Tried it for the first time when I was on vacation in Venice, since the brand is from there. Makes an amazing spritz, or good by itself on ice. Also a bit niche, so it feels a bit more different and cool than a traditional Aperol Spritz.
