If you love a frosted cookie, Schmackary’s is the gold standard. They have this great hint of salt that really balances out the sweetness perfectly. I also really appreciate the pace of their seasonal menu—it’s nice not having to stress about "limited drops" every week; you actually have time to make it in and enjoy the flavors. One of my favorite things about them is their deep connection to Broadway. They’re known as the "official cookie of Broadway," and I love that they give back to the theater community through events like Broadway Bakes. It adds such a great heart to the company. If you have a celebration coming up, their Birthday cookie cakes are a must. I think the frosting-to-cookie ratio is spot on, though it's definitely a treat for true frosting lovers. While I’m thrilled they opened up a spot closer to me on Long Island, there’s just something about the original location that still tastes the most authentic!
