I was incredibly excited to order this sample. Unfortunately, the attempt to deliver my package was denied because there was no one here to sign for it. When ordering, I was not under the impression that someone needed to be here. I am now missing a birthday present deadline My husband and I both work, and it's impossible for us to take a day off to receive a package that we don't even know what time it would arrive. I spent nearly an hour trying to get UPS to hold onto it for pickup, but ended up being told that it would actually cost me $7.95 for that service. I'm really, really disappointed with this service... and I was so excited. Such a great idea, but I've never had this issue before. I don't even want it anymore, and would like a full refund as there is no way I can even receive this package.
