Just call me a "Karen", but I refuse to be quiet when I feel others should be made aware of sh*tty companies. I wasted a week going back & forth with them. Since I've recommended the RYZE Superfoods brand/products to numerous people, wanted to share my awful experience so you can hopefully avoid experiencing the same. I posted the below in their "How I Ryze" Facebook group & they deleted it which comes across suuuper shady. Now, best believe I'll be sharing this everywhere possible! I highly recommend avoiding this company. "I sadly cancelled my Ryze subscriptions today due to poor site experiences & terrible customer service. I truly love the matcha & chai products, but have been beyond frustrated with "Alex" who is supposed to be the main point of contact for customer service. I honestly thought the emails were AI generated since they were so generic & seemingly didn't even read what I had been writing in my emails. I tried to be as clear as possible & even shared screenshots, but wasn't getting anywhere. All I was asking for was 1 location/page where I could view/manage both of my subscriptions + add-ons. He made my matcha subscription & add-on 2 separate subscriptions which made no sense & kept telling me to use the drop down menu to access Manage Subscriptions even though I mentioned numerous times I did not have that option when looking on my cell phone, only had it in the footer of the site or on the drop down on my laptop (which is not convenient considering I use my phone 99% of the time). He would copy/paste generic instructions rather than acknowledging & addressing what I was experiencing. He also told me to "rest assured" he pushed out my next order, but I got charged & was sent another order anyway. I also asked if we could just talk on the phone rather than send so many back & forth emails since there was clearly some miscommunication & this was becoming too time consuming, but he completely ignored my request. I have recommended this brand/products to many people, but will be sure they are aware of the extremely frustrating customer service & site experiences. I'll miss Ryze since it has become a part of my daily routine, but can't support a company who doesn't properly support customers. Take care & hope you all have better experiences! I'll be looking for a comparable competitor in the meantime."

I cannot have caffeine of any sort because of a deadly disease called AFIB. I REALLY MISSED MORNING COFFEE AND THEN I FOUND RYZE! What a blessing it has been. I am picky and I have to tell you this product is absolutely delicious. The two wonderful people that developed to this are to be highly commended and I highly recommend recommended. it is healthy and the taste of delicious. Please don’t believe negative reviews mix it up this way. I take a quart or half gallon jar and measure out the amount for an 8 ounce cup into the jar. I pour a little boiling water in and stir it to dissolve it, fill up the rest of the jar with the hot water. I let it cool down as I discovered I like it better cold, but you might like it hot. I put it in the refrigerator as soon as it’s cool enough I take a pint jar fill it with ice and pour the chicory mushroom coffee that’s decaffeinated into my jar. I add a little or a lot natural cream from my RAW MILK or sometimes I use hazelnut. I shake it up make it ice cold and I’m telling you it’s the best drink I’ve ever had. I find it difficult not to drink the whole jug in one day. I couldn’t afford to do that, but I would like to, I drink a cup in the morning, and I raise a cup in the evening before I go to sleep. I feel calmer rested, and I feel good and it takes a place of my snacking on sweets and candy before I go to bed. I actually feel full. And the customer service of this company is wonderful. They make you feel like family. They answer every email.. this product is very healthy and it is delicious. I don’t care what anybody says. I am telling you the honest truth it is delicious and healthy and now I don’t need soda pop and coffee that I used to be able to drink.. this is so much better. I’m so thankful I found them.! Please buy their product and mix it up to suit you. It’s delicious.!

Sleeping beauty with Mushroom Hot Cocoa I just want to tell you that I was not able to sleep. I took everything without any results. My sister gave me one spoon to try Rize hot cocoa, so I went home, and I drink the Mushroom Hot Cocoa. I weak up the next day, and I cannot believe that I slept more than 8 hrs. Since than I drink Mushroom Hot Cocoa almost every night.

I personally have tried different products to 1. Go to sleep 2. Stay all night sleeping 3. Wake up refreshed and ready for the day. This chocolate have been so far the best I’ve tried and committed to achieve all 3 aspects.

I was skeptical about trying a mushroom coffee, especially with my ulcerative colitis. But after hearing good things, I gave RYZE a try during a UC flare-up, and the results have been incredible! Within days, I noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. Beyond that, the energy boost and focus it provides without the jittery feeling of regular coffee is a game-changer for me. RYZE has definitely earned a permanent spot in my morning routine.

LOVE!! I've been drinking this for about a year. After I had surgery it wasn't tasting good to me so I stopped for about 2 weeks. Once I started drinking it again, it made a huge difference in my digestive system. My stomach wasn't bloated and my bathroom visits were much improved!! 😆

I love RYZE's Cocoa! I bought it to help with my sleeping issues at night. I used to struggle to fall asleep, often lying in bed for hours. However, I started noticing a difference from the very first day of using RYZE's Mushroom Hot Cocoa. Following their advice, I took it 20 minutes before bed, and it worked like a charm. After two weeks of use, I now fall asleep quickly, sleep well, and wake up feeling refreshed. I'm truly amazed by the results. I highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with insomnia- it has made a significant difference for me. I want to emphasize that I'm not benefiting in any way from leaving this review; I am writing it because RYZE deserves recognition for its wonderful product. If you have similar sleep issues, I encourage you to give it a try. It's worth every penny!

I love this mushroom coffee when I put a little sweetener and a little creamer it is just the perfect hot cup of coffee in the morning absolutely love it

This an excellent healthy alternative to coffee. I absolutely love it. I can’t drink regular coffee, but I still need that pick me up every morning. This coffee has already done wonders for me, plus it’s delicious.

*QUICK SUMMARY: Terrible company. Class action lawsuit against them in CA and 48 pages of complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau for apparent subscription scam. Wouldn't be surprised if they're faking reviews too. Looking for an honest RYZE Superfoods mushroom coffee review? Unless you want to jump straight in to an expensive monthly subscription with them, your experience will likely go as follows: You visit their website and place a one-time order to try the coffee, being extremely careful to make sure you are choosing the one-time purchase option and not the monthly subscription they offer. When you place the order, you are 100% sure it's a one-time purchase. You don't even make an account with them, instead checking out as a guest. All's well and good until a month later when they email you saying they're about to ship another order without your consent. When you contact support to cancel it and set things straight, they lie and insist you chose the subscription with auto-ship, then claim there is nothing they can do to stop this month's shipment... because even though it hasn't left their facility yet or been charged to your bank account, it's "too far along in the process" to cancel now. You can't log into their website to see what subscription they've forced you into since you never made an account with them in the first place. They give you a code to use instead of a password at login, but when you enter the code it takes you to a page that says you have no subscription (which is true, you don't, despite what their lying representatives say) and therefore still can't cancel anything. The word "cancel" is nowhere on their site even when you do a Ctrl+F search. The only option you have is to "skip" individual future shipments that they have automatically lined up for you, which I guess they expect you to do every month into oblivion since they won't let you cancel the service for good. The only way to make them cancel anything, apparently, is to flood the crap out of multiple employees' emails until they magically become able to fix what was unfixable just 15 minutes prior. Amazing. What's really sad is they have a decent product (in my opinion; others disagree). It's their shady business practices that make them intolerable. At the time of this review, RYZE Superfoods has a class action lawsuit pending in California for doing what I just described. They also have 47 (now 48) pages of complaints filed against them on the Better Business Bureau website. They also hide any comments on their Facebook page that expose what they're up to. They also have a 3-star rating on Amazon which indicates most people don't like their products anyway. If you're cool with all that and still want to try your luck, proceed. I wish you well. I'll never buy from them again or shut up about what they do.

Incredible Owners! It’s important for me to share truth with love. I am not a sales person as I don’t enjoy the hype and sometimes the products do not deliver what they are promoting. When I saw a few ads on social media, it piqued my interest and I decided to try it for myself. I am in the wellness industry and my focus is on holistic strategies. I am honest with my findings because it reflects on my personal reputation. I always want the trust of my family, friends and clients. This is my second bag of Ryze mushroom coffee and I’m really enjoying the benefits of the coffee without the jitters. I have noticed a change in my digestion and more clarity . I also noticed I’m not craving comfort foods as much. My energy levels are rising too. I actually tried a cup of my favorite morning regular coffee and it didn’t taste the same to me. I actually like drinking Ryze instead of coffee. That was a huge clue that my body is changing and the mushrooms are providing nutrients and balance! I appreciate Andrée for always being prompt with my emails! This company is so positive and really cares about helping people feel better! Thank you for all you do! Ryze is has been a great product. I have tried other mushroom coffees and this one has really been over the top. I have tried the mushroom, match and chicory products and they are the best tasting mushroom blend ever. They also have gummie vitamins and for sleep and tasted great and did just like they stated.

"So far so good? I’m a senior with some chronic gut issues from a previous illness, so I’m starting off very slowly. I have a cup of RYZE about 3-4 times a week. Building up to a tablespoon each day, but not there yet. Getting used to the taste and adding a little local honey and cinnamon, which I love to add to almost everything, even coffee which I hope to replace with RYZE. I have not had any gut issues from RYZE, but still must take baby steps for body to acclimate. I have nothing but High Hopes for nutritional and energy benefits. I am patient and hope the RYZE people will be patient with me, it’s only been a couple of weeks since I started. RYZING in PDX!"

Skeptic that I am, I didn't hold out a lot of hope. But Ryze really works! Gets me to a deep sleep pretty quickly. Would def recommend!

I love Ryze! I started with the Mushroom Coffee, and after a while, I discovered the Mushroom Hot Cocoa. I was looking for something natural to help me sleep and relax, and this is perfect! I really love the product!

I love this product! I use to experience some digestive issues, including bloating, and what seem to have been abdominal inflammation. I saw this advertised on IG , how it helped with the issues I was experiencing. I purchased the ryze coffee and cocoa and have been drinking it for the last four months and I too now swears by it. It still gives me energy like coffee but not the coffee jitters.
