Ruta Maya decaf dark roast is 100% organic coffee. These whole bean arabica beans are shade-grown by a cooperative of farmers in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. The green coffee beans are then imported to Texas where they are custom roasted and packed daily. Chemical-free Swiss Water Process is used for decaffeination.
