RSRV Collective crafted a blend of premium cocktails without alcohol.

RSRV Collective is a line of expertly crafted, non-alcoholic canned cocktails with a mission to support and spark courageous self-expression and give people an authentic craft cocktail experience, without the negative effects of alcohol.  

Inspired by a particularly well-balanced, zero-proof cocktail enjoyed at a sober chef’s flagship restaurant, co-founder and CEO Aron Woolman partnered with Jeff Perlstein, Rob Ermatinger, and Raoul Rodriguez to create and launch RSRV Collective. The team spent nearly two years meticulously refining a ready-to-drink, top-quality, non-alcoholic cocktail experience. In early 2023, they introduced their initial line of Kenshō Cocktails (meaning “to see one’s true nature”) made with premium, all-natural ingredients and balanced, sophisticated flavors.
