I travel full time and have the largest size of this suitcase. Obviously a major feature is the shelves which are amazing, but this is the first suitcase I have had that the zippers and give are magical - no matter how much I pack in this thing zips with ease (compared to every other brand I have had where I have to sit on top and pray I don't break the zipper.

Ordered the Castle Mid-size 28” suitcase. Totally disappointed in this product. The concept sounds good and I had liked the idea of the shelves, but I found the shelves to be flimsy cardboard that wouldn’t even hold the weight of my shoes without bowing if I tried and the outer shell felt flimsy not sturdy. Their return policy states the item must be returned within 15 days, but the turn around from customer service to get back with you takes a few days. First they want to know why and then they will take a few days to email you back with a return label. The return cost is deducted from your refund. I have reached out to them 3 times now because I show that they have received my return. The response I get is that it has not yet been processed by the warehouse. It is now 18 days and still no refund. There is no customer support phone number to call. Every correspondence has been through email. This has been very frustrating. For these reasons I would not recommend buying a product from this company ever again.
