I wasn’t expecting much from Routine Wellness, but it blew me away. The texture of the shampoo and conditioner is rich but not heavy, and it spreads beautifully through the hair. It rinses clean, leaving behind soft, fresh-smelling hair. What’s more, it’s actually helped with my postpartum hair fall. It’s gentle, strengthening, and it works. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends.

The scents are terrible! I tried one of the coconut ones and it gave me a headache. I switched to the cucumber one and I smelled like an old salad. The product itself is interesting. At first, after using the shampoo and conditioner, I was super-impressed. My hair looked amazing. But after a few weeks. my hair was all gnarly and it felt like there was a ton of build up on it. I used clarifying shampoo for a few days, then went back to the Routine. It no longer works like it did in the beginning, and my hair looks pretty oily by the second day. I'm giving up on Routine I think.

Read the small print..They sell to overseas buyers, yet won't accept returns from overseas...Not good business practices..Leave alone

I purchased this Routine shampoo and conditioner in March 2024. After I tried for few weeks, I noticed that I’m still losing hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor. I contacted the company about returning the products back to them. They emailed back stating to use the products for 3-4 months to get the results. Now the time has passed, the company says they are not returnable because it’s over 30 days from the purchase date. That’s BS. DO NOT waste your money on this shampoo and conditioner. They don’t work.

I want to love this but it is not good for color treated hair. Made my highlights dark and dull my colorist noticed and now can no longer use please make one to care for color treated hair

I purchased this just this past month, it arrived, I used the first time on weekend - thought my hair was a bit stiff (followed directions to a T) after using oil, shampoo and conditioner as described. I used again yesterday and my hair is almost brittle - I have to say, this is def not for short hair and I doubt I would want to use on any length. It seems to be a very harsh shampoo/conditioner. I would go as far as to say that this is the worst combo for thinning hair that I have ever tried and 100% do not recommend for short, thinning hair at all. I am not looking for a return as I have already tossed it and living in Canada - and from previous postings, I doubt it's returnable - I just want it gone from my house.
