My partner and I have been together since high school, and we just celebrated our nine-year anniversary earlier this month. Over the past year, I’d been casually sharing ring ideas here and there. Then one day, I stumbled across ROEN on TikTok—the "secretly maximalist" post immediately caught my eye, and I was hooked. Finding a ring that truly felt like me—something distinctive yet timeless—wasn’t easy. But the moment I saw ROEN’s designs, I knew I had found something special. My best friend ended up sending the post to my now-fiancé, and he completely blew me away. The ring he proposed with was even more beautiful than I ever imagined. (I may be biased, but it really is the most stunning piece I’ve ever seen!) Hearing about the thoughtful and seamless experience he had working with Sherry made me love the ring—and the story behind it—even more. I’m so thankful for this incredible piece and the unforgettable journey that came with it.

Had a bespoke engagement ring made here and couldn't recommend them more! James and Sherry were both great at communicating everything about the process and answering questions we had. Both are extremely knowledgeable and obviously passionate about the work they do! I really appreciated that they showed us unique diamond cuts they offer so we could find the perfect piece that we maybe didn't even know existed. The process was great (including a recent resize request that they handled promptly), and most importantly my fiancé loves her engagement ring!

We first connected with the ROEN team last year while my partner and I were shopping for an engagement ring. I had an idea of the type of ring I wanted but didn’t have much luck with the selection with the jewelry stores we visited in person. Since I wanted complete control over the design of my engagement ring (after all, I’d be the one wearing it for the rest of my life!), we decided to explore ROEN’s bespoke services. Sherry and James from the ROEN team were incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and are clear experts in this industry. They made the entire process seamless and transparent. I had complete trust in their ability to select high-quality diamonds for us, and they certainly delivered. Even though the entire process was done via Zoom and text, I never had any concerns about the quality or timing for my ring. They were always prompt in responding to our messages and addressing any questions we had. My ring set was delivered within the timeline we requested, and it arrived in beautiful, high-quality packaging. I’m absolutely in love with my ring and have zero complaints. I find myself getting distracted at work because I’m always looking down to admire my hand! The photos don’t do it justice. Working with ROEN was such a positive experience, and I would love to collaborate with them again in the future for more bespoke pieces. :)

I got a Bracelet from Roen and I have gotten so many compliments on that bracelet! Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve had! The team was super easy to work with on my custom project and the Diamond quality is absolutely amazing! Get a matching necklace with it soon! Really excited to see how it comes out!

I ordered the gaia mini hoops in 18k gold. I’m so impressed by the quality and the price point! The earrings are perfect for everyday and I’ve received so many compliments on them.

I have a pair of Arya Twisted Hoops and now my own bespoke wedding band from Roen. I'm really impressed by the quality of both. The hoops feel weighty but maintain a lightness about them on the ear. The craftsmanship of my bespoke piece is out of this world. The bespoke process was easy, I filled out the form on the website and proceeded to have a call with Sherry and James where we brainstormed ideas. Less than a month later, we had a finished product at the door. I love my bespoke piece so much, I even got two stones on the inside with an engraving per Sherry's suggestion. I highly recommend their bespoke process if you're in the market.

I bought the gaia mini hoops and it came in 3 days. I love that it's 18k solid gold so it will last forever. They were exactly what I was looking for. They are the perfect size for me and very light so it doesn't hurt my ears when I wear them all day. Great customer service and communication, looking forward to purchase from ROEN again soon!

I got my husband’s custom wedding band from Roen, and we absolutely love the finished product! Designing our custom ring was an amazing experience from Roen from start to finish. We had a very unique design that the designers at Roen worked with us over several weeks to iterate on and ultimately finalize. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the intricacies of jewelry design was amazing to see and resulted in a product that went above and beyond our already high expectations. The end result speaks for itself (as do the compliments my fiance gets on a daily basis) and the price was nothing short of a steal compared to other quotes we had.
