I have a love hate relationship with Rice Krispies cereal. I love the crunchiness of it and think it works great to add to homemade granola bars, granola, or even add some melted chocolate to to make a crispy chocolate candy. However when eaten as cereal I am not a fan. It absorbs the moisture of the milk, yogurt, whatever so fast that it feels/tastes like slime going down. Great for baking, not so great for a quick breakfast.
