Well was excited with this device. I have seen live walls in past and although smaller liked the concept, plus who doesn't want clean air in their home. Well within 3 months of use the cpu died. It was a hassle to get support, but finally did. Recieved box to ship back the cpu, which is a raspberry Pi, and recieved it back supposedly fixed a few weeks later. Well that lasted 2 months and died again. Without cpu or screen unit does not function. I lost plants twice. Now second time am not able to get support, getting run around. One rep says that they will send out box to return cpu again, then next day another rep says we can't find your file with that email address despite using the same email. Very disappointing. Not only am I out the $$$$ I paid for the unit but numerous plants as well. I cannot recommend this product due to lack of support. It's expensive equipment that works for 3 months.
