The lids are made of a cheap plastic that do not last I have several cups here now that are useless tried to get the warranty to replace them said I dropped it or something it's cheap plastic that breaks up easily we also have one that leaks I would not buy it

I have been a loyal customer for years, the only reason I buy a new tumbler is because I want a new color, I gift the old one to my friends and always keep 2. The ice lasts more than 24 hours and they do not dent or scratch. They have a good variety of sizes too.
