Recently discovered these martini olives at a local boutique grocery store in Brooklyn and they are perfect. I love that the olives come in the perfect brine!!!! It’s so easy to drop into my favorite gin and make a quick martini. The olives are also super high quality and flavorful which makes a huge difference. I made the best martinis with these at a party recently! Highly recommended!

Amazing taste and makes it so easy to make dirty martinis at home, it's become my new party trick haha. Also looks so classy on my bar! Great gift idea for someone who likes to host or just wants a quality martini at home.

I’ve been waiting years for a brand like Quincy to come along and solve the problem of sourcing a delicious, well designed, well portioned brine for my martinis. This is now my favorite thing to have on my kitchen counter, the best hosting gift, and all around one of my top discoveries of 2024! Love Quincy so much and highly recommend.

Not the biggest martini guy, but I'll drink one from time to time. Gave Quincy a try and loved it. Perfect ratio of olive to brine, so there's no waste. And the olives were delicious!

The best martini brine I’ve ever tasted! All of the others are just salt water Quincy tastes like a bar quality martini at home.

I love dirty gin martinis and always find I am short on olive juice and have dry gross olives because I got a little heavy handed the last time. Quincy totally came to the rescue. Not only is the brine and olives delicious, but I don’t need a ton of it to get the dirty tini that I enjoy. For the first time ever, I had leftover brine and ran short of olives after my first jar. Bought 3 more as soon as I could. Quincy is where it’s at.

I don't typically love dirty martinis but Quincy makes me love dirty martinis. The recipe is the perfect balance of briney/salty/olive-y. Plus, it makes a great host gift. Add to (bar) cart!
