Horrible customer service. I was told if I sent back my item (paid by me) they would send a smaller size upon delivery, they completely ghosted me. After months of emails and ig messages they sent me a code to use as store credit, since the time I purchased the item went up 60 usd and my size is sold out. Infuriating

I ordered something from their website almost 3 weeks ago, and I haven’t gotten any updates about the order. I’ve emailed multiple times and messaged on Instagram with no response. I was already charged for the order as well. Lack of communication and customer service. Will never buy anything from them again

The quality is awful. The dimensions of the top were so weird. The straps were way too long and when you adjust to make it more snug, it altered the whole fit of what a bikini should feel like. The bottom was a lot smaller even tho I bought it according to the sizing. I’m an XS to small and would have had to order a medium. Reached out to customer service but was not helpful. The cost of shipment to Canada would’ve been more than the price of the bikinis itself.

I bought 3 swimsuits from Quatre and they looked like they had great potential. One of them was on preorder, I assumed the other two would ship before but they did not so unfortunately I did not have them for the trip I intended them for. Fortunately I had another trip coming up so I wasn't too upset about it. The suits came in and they were SOO small. I am a normal size Medium - but would probably have to order XL to fit in their swimwear. They even gave me a larger size in one of them on accident and it was still too small. They are STORE CREDIT only - which is misleading because the website says "Return for Store Credit" (which I misinterpreted as Return OR Store Credit). I had to ship the swimsuits back (To Canada which they originally came from NY) on my own dime ($35). Dealing with international shipping at FedEx was rough, and FedEx could not get the address they provided for the return to work. We will see how the next items work once I get my store credit back, ugh.

I would not recommend this swimwear brand. The material feels cheaper than it should be as well.
