  Listen- I am by no means an athlete. But I am a pre-workout girly in the AM and Podium absolutely HITS! The flavors totally deliver (my partner and I tried Sour Watermelon and Blue Raspberry Slush) and I never hit a wall or a crash. They also offer BCAA's, which were also incredible, and protein, which I'm excited to try next! You can tell a lot of effort and research went into their creation from their founding members! Overall- I know that supplements come down to personal preference but if you are looking to try out something new, definitely check out Podium!
