Ordered Dec 1 2025 for daughter-in-law for Christmas. VERY POOR communication - got 2 notices & 2nd was in April saying again, that the 'orders should be going out soon'... I reached out to them to cancel in July - no response - and again in Sept '26. I was then informed that it was delivered in April! They sent picture of delivery --- right next to the sign at the front door where it was left saying "deliver all packages to back door".... Thus, the package was stolen & Physical Phones does not own up any responsibility as to: 1) informing me that it was being shipped so I could alert my daughter-in-law that it was on way, 2) using an unreliable delivery company who cannot read, and 3) refusing to refund my $ because it was months ago..... Would NEVER recommend this company as they obviously do not have their company set up to take care of their business!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR $ & shop elsewhere!!!!!!!!!
