I suffer from really bad period cramps and my friend who's a pharmacist had mentioned Boswellia was a really good anti- inflammatory. I've never seen this ingredient in a patch so when I came across Period Harmony's instagram/reviews I thought I may as well try them because I was tired of taking painkillers. To be completely honest I wasn't expecting a natural product to really work as well as pain killers but omg, these patches have really helped and have actually improved the quality of my day to day life. It's essentially like a magic plaster, when you put them on after around 10 minutes you can feel an intense warming/cooling effect on your skin and the effect spreads across where ever you've placed them (I put mine on my lower belly and back). The best way to describe it is that it's really soothing and comforting to wear, it's completely taken the jabbing pains i've been having and I forgot I was on my period! Also their customer support is lovely and prompt, who ever is doing it needs a raise. I'm signing up to the subscription after buying these patches from their website. Have recommended to all my friends and family.
