One of the things I dislike about traditional peanut butter is the oil that gathers over time. That is where PB2 comes into play. By pressing their peanuts, the oil is greatly reduced, leaving a peanut butter product that has 90% less fat and a lot fewer calories than traditional peanut butter. Any time I have tried lower-fat traditional peanut butter, it tastes way too sweet, but this does not have that issue. I also like the variety of forms, from peanut butter to peanut powder that can be mixed in with items to make protein drinks or meals that are delicious and low calorie.
