  I live near the equator and have dry skin. My skincare journey only started when I moved to a colder country and I became partial to oil as my skin was less likely to react. I later learnt about toners and how they helped the moisturiser get into my skin. The product I use from parnell is a two-in-one toner and oil serum. I didn’t think I could go back to one step (just oil) but now I can!
