Park Tool reviews and discussion

Since 1986, I've been using Park Tool in a commercial arena. I've been in the bicycle business since then as a mechanic, sales person, rental operator, manager. The range of tools have expanded over the decades as the technology has grown and adapted. Some tools are cutting edge, but others are still lacking in quality and longevity. Just last year, I've had 3 chain tools (pro-level) brake the pins. I was not amused with this problem. Their general lineup is quite good. I have always recommended Park to cyclists, and probably will continue to do so. One thing that does bother me is the fact that their pricing is getting a bit out of hand. A 10-15% drop in price would go a long way to helping small shops get their benches properly fitted.
