We set out to create a premium spirit that both captures an experience and empowers a community. Paquera is ethically produced by a co-op of Mezcaleros who have dedicated their life's work to growing, harvesting and bottling premium artisanal mezcal. Our vision runs parallel to our mission which is to transparently bring carefully crafted, proprietary mezcal varieties to the table at a competitive price point.
