One of the oldest Distilleries in Seattle, OOLA is a family owned business that distills whiskey, gin and vodka with complex flavor notes that add to your favorite cocktail instead of taking away. My personal favorite is the OOLA Gin. It has flavor notes of coriander and smoky black cardamon that I love pairing with pomegranate juice.
