I got these and had a problem from the beginning. The batteries would only charge to erratic levels ( usually 85%). Their customers service section of their web site prominently states that,”They are there to help”. I contacted them 4 times over weeks and they never responded. There is a short time window for returning them for a refund. Their ear buds do a reasonable job but their total lack of support after the sale is a deal breaker.
