We founded NOTWASTED to change the way we think and excitement generated from a glass of wine. We wanted natural wines to be more accessible, informative and inclusive than they previously have been. Drawing a spotlight to this environmentally conscious and delicious space. We search for sustainable winemakers from Australia and abroad, who work with grapes and wine with minimal and manual methods. Wild yeasts, no filtering, no finining, minimal or 0 sulphur and organic grapes. This is true natural winemaking. Our list of wines is curated to the season, occassion and we have an editorial that showcases both winemakers and other local creatives in our community that align with our values.
