I absolutely love this vanilla paste! The flavor is so rich and delicious, it takes all my baking and desserts to the next level. You can really taste the quality and the little vanilla bean specks make everything feel extra special. I always keep a jar on hand, it’s definitely my favorite vanilla to bake with!

I go through quite a lot of vanilla products, from extract to paste to powder. I typically make my own in-house from vanilla beans but sometimes that isn't realistic with the amount of time it takes. Nielsen Massey is my go-to for commercial vanilla bean paste; it's tasty and convenient— I've known people to eat it with a spoon. One thing I would call out is that it is sweetened, unlike extracts, so be mindful when swapping paste in for extract in recipes.
