This product has helped me drink SO much more water! The flavors are all amazing - not too sweet but definitely adds flavor. They have products that contain caffeine and others that don't, the variety is fantastic if you're looking for an afternoon pick-me-up but don't want coffee. The electrolytes seem to make a difference, I find myself feeling much more hydrated without chugging water all day.
