I had issues with regular bowel movements and constipation. My usual go to is psyllium husk but this time it wasn't working. I tried myota and just after 3 days I was back to normal! It's super easy to use too so I have added it to my daily morning routine. 

I'd love to see them create some functional products like a myota drink or something!
