While treatments ship every 2-3 months by default, we send email reminders 5 days before the order is processed to allow time to change the date if needed. The refill date can be changed within patient accounts, close to where Auto-Refill can be cancelled altogether! :)

Same here!  And contacting customer service is a joke.  They are not resolving or responding.  I have an order that has been awaiting shipping since 3/20.

How do you account for the orangeness?  Turning orange and a mild darkening are two different things entirely. This policy is scary and to MUST continue it's use even afterward the side effect is alarmingly scary. UNFAIR

Hello, I gave them another try. This is for spot pill.  For this if you take any blood thinner you cannot take this. Well they should automatically tell you and flag the drug. Therefore you don't waste time and money. Plus now to talk to them their service is horrible, no questions are answered. The bot keeps taking you in a loop. I don't recommend musely you can get similar compounded meds cheaper elsewhere and better service. They bombard favlcebook and Instagram all day. What they need is better service. Please look elsewhere. 

I highly recommend the Body Cream! It's the ONLY thing that treated my Keratosis Pilaris. I've been trying to get rid of them for over a decade! Here are my photos...treated in just a little over 30 days.  I just ordered their other treatments to try! 

I've been taking Musely's malasma prescription since June 4, 2024 and it works great. The dark spots have faded and no new dark spots have appeared this summer. Very happy. Thank you Musely! 

BUYER BEWARE!!! Tried to cancel order before it shipped.  The rep responded next day and said was unable to cancel even though it hadn’t shipped !  Charged my CC and would not refund.  Customer support was less than responsive.  After 9 emails (no call left my phone number) only offered to give me credit for another purchase.  Their eye cream did not produce results that were published on me. Also NOT GUARANTEED product. All I want a refund!  Have email stream and screen shot of the order not shipped.  This is not right.

Musely Facial Hair Cream did absolutely nothing for me. I followed all the instructions, hoping to see some reduction in hair growth, but after weeks of use, there’s been zero improvement. My facial hair looks exactly the same. This product is all hype and no results. I regret wasting my money on it—definitely would not recommend it!

Poor communication. Not able to resolve issue. Never got my original order. 

I have a terrible experience with the company. First, product only made my skin worse. There's no benefit of doctors there. Second, they switch on auto-payment with no prior notice so I paid twice for the awful product and was not even able to get a refund

Be ware and do not use Musley products specially eye serum 
I had a bad reaction and their doctor insisted for me using it which caused more complications. In addition they refused to refund full treatment cost. I am escalating this to my attorney and credit card company. 

I have yet to receive product.  I’ve contacted customer service which is a joke.  When they have responded they simply said it was in the pharmacy being prepared.  On the order screen it shows it’s been in pharmacy and prepared.  It shows it’s been waiting to ship out since 3/20.  So over two weeks since order was placed and they took my money and have yet to receive product and no resolution on when it would be sent.  

This company is fraud and waste of money.
I spent $100 and bought this spot cream, the cream came in a bottle that you could pump out.. they said I need to use the cream for atleast 30 days to see the difference.. on the 4th day I couldn’t get any cream out and it ran out.. i felt so dumb that I ordered and spent over $100 for this stupid little cream.. 
it was the worst experience and felt that this company is deceiving and wants to you to order more of the product.. I saw zero result and I was out the product..

I’m going to file a complain with the AG’s office about this company as it’s misleading people and stealing our hard earned money..  

Musely’s prescription tretinoin has been game-changing for my skin. My texture, tone, and overall clarity have improved so much since I started using it. The results have definitely lived up to the promise. My main issue is with the subscription setup. It defaulted to a frequency that was way too frequent for how much product I actually needed, and before I realized it, I had a backlog of bottles. I ended up canceling to avoid the excess and now just hope what I have will stay potent until I use it up. It’s a great product, but I wish the subscription model were more flexible or clearer up front.

Purchased a stem cell/exosomes anti-aging serum and an estriol face cream. Was primarily looking for some mild facial rejuvenation. Both products required approval/recommendation from a tele-doctor which was an easy enough and quick-moving process (facilitated primarily through an online survey). 

Honestly, as much as I wanted to see wonderful results from both, the formulations were rough to stick with. Like literally sandpaper-y feeling, and thick. The rest of my skincare had to go under both products due to the heaviness, with the exosomes in the am and estriol in the PM. 

With both products my face was greasy feeling following application. Like the kind of greasy that just sticks around all day, and after I started breaking out around week three, I realized that my pores seemed cloggy. I took a break from both products, cleared my skin, and didn’t have the gusto to make another go at it. 

Tossed both products half-used in the trash, and unsubscribed from the 2-3 daily marketing emails. They are INCESSANT with the email marketing once you are in their system. It’s a huge turn off. I wouldn’t buy skincare again from them due partially to the bad taste this marketing left me with, but mostly because the formulations are not good no matter what fancy active ingredients they are including. I could spend the same amount of money and get skincare that performs well. 

I went to Musely in July 2025 with a specific request re: hair loss. After the consultation, I told Musely's doctor I disagreed with her recommendation. Using their website, I canceled the order she placed and asked that the refills be canceled as well. 


I've tried, but there is absolutely no way for me to delete my account, remove my payment information or the prescribed treatment on the Musely website.


Today I get an email that Musely has made the product I refused and they are shipping it out to me.


Now I'm finding that there is absolutely no way for me to speak to a human being in Customer Service via chat, email or phone. I guess that's because they don't have a Customer Service department?!? 


Searched their website for 15-20 minutes before I found a way to "submit a ticket." As soon as that charge hits my credit card I am disputing it, because after reading reviews, I have very little confidence they'll resolve this to my satisfaction. 

So far I have used these products, the eye serum, anti-aging cream, and spot cream, for three months and they are somewhat effective. The spot cream works really well to remove spots and freckles, but if you stop using it they will come back. They come back much lighter though. The eye serum burns my skin and I have not seen much of a result. I would continue using the spot cream and the anti-aging cream but I ended up deleting my account in order to stop shipments of the eye serum. It looks like you can adjust the shipment dates for auto-ship or stop shipments for one product altogether, but when I tried to do this, the site gave me a pop up message asking for more information before making the changes I asked for. There's no space to type your own explanation, like "I didn't start the treatments right away when I first received them so I don't need another shipment yet". It's multiple choice so you can choose from "I still have product left" or "I can't afford it." If you choose the first one, their answer is to review application instructions because you shouldn't have product leftover if you are using it correctly. If you choose the second, they give you coupon codes. I could not find an e-mail address or alternate way to contact the company.

So, overall, some products I would recommend but I would not recommend this company at all. I ended up deleting my account as it was the only way to adjust or stop shipments. Other reviews have said that they still charge their credit card even after orders have stopped. I have to wait another month to see if that's the case here but if it is I will disput it with my credit card company.

If you are interested in trying Musely, I think it's important to keep in mind that the products are prescription strength, meaning that it may take some time to get adjusted to the ingredients like tretinoin and hydroquinone. But once you've established a nice routine, the treatments are very effective! Also recommend utilizing the resources that Musely provides such as eNurse app and reach out to your assigned dermatologist  for advice.

I have been using the spot cream to help get rid of the dark spots on my face and was pleasantly surprised by how well the treatment works. I saw a difference within the first 3 weeks of using it and after 60 days, my spots are pretty much completely gone. It feels great having spotless skin and to have found something that works! I recently ordered the anti-aging night cream to help treat mt wrinkles on my face and already love it! You can still use both products together, which makes it very easy. The ordering process is very easy and it only takes a few minutes to fill out the questionnaire and send your photos. I was also able to reach out to an actual dermatologist at Musely for direct advice. 

I've had a great experience with muselys anti aging product. I have struggled with fine lines & some hormonal acne for years and my facial esthetician recommended tretinon. I found musely online and placed my order in minutes and the product came less than a week later. I had some inital peeling I had when I started using it but the doctor talked me through starting off slowly. In no time I was able to see a huge difference in my skin!! I no longer get breakouts each month and my skin is glowing!!! 

I wish I could see how much product is left in the bottles! 

I have been having bad redness and rosacea flare-ups for the past few months, and Musely's The Red Set helped SO MUCH. It really helped my confidence, and now I don't have to worry about trying to color correct my redness with makeup. It was easy to order, I filled out the medical questionnaire in just a few minutes and then the doctor wrote my prescription within a day. I just got The Spot Cream to fade sun damage/freckles on my face and can't wait to see the results! 

Sometimes I have to prime the pump, but I am used to that from past skin care products. If you don't know how to, just google it. 

I recently started using Musely's Eye Serum, and I must say, it's truly a game-changer. This serum exceeded my expectations with its remarkable results. Not only did it help with my eye wrinkles, but it also brightened the skin around my eyes so I don't need to use concealer anymore.
