BUYER BEWARE!!! Tried to cancel order before it shipped. The rep responded next day and said was unable to cancel even though it hadn’t shipped ! Charged my CC and would not refund. Customer support was less than responsive. After 9 emails (no call left my phone number) only offered to give me credit for another purchase. Their eye cream did not produce results that were published on me. Also NOT GUARANTEED product. All I want a refund! Have email stream and screen shot of the order not shipped. This is not right.

We apologize for any confusion! As long as an order has not yet been shipped, both the patient themselves and our Musely Support team can cancel orders. If an order was unable to be cancelled, then it had already been shipped. Our support team is happy to help with alternative compensation, as you stated they offered, if a refund cannot be provided.
