This product t had so much promise if the owner Brent (ex MAFS) wasn’t so dishonest with his customers in hiding the fact he either couldn’t meet demand or had supply issues. Instead of being transparent and honest he chose to be devious and sneaky and worst of all, gaslit his customers who trusted in him with their hard earned money, to deliver what they paid for and were told would be dispatched in up to 15 days. 2 months later and my order still hadn’t been dispatched but instead he created a bogus “tracking number” that showed nothing when you clicked on it for months. It took countless emails and social media messages and comments on his feed to get any response and when customers naturally become irate and angry that he’s ignored them or lied or both, and they voice their frustrations in comments on his socials- he blocks them and then IF he does eventually reply after months of trying to make contact- he then gaslights and patronises his customers smugly- as if they are the problem- this is classic narcissistic behaviour and it’s very concerning and telling of the true character behind the face of Mos X Daily - the owner Brent- he needs to be shut down for so many reasons - taking customers money and then failing to supply product- or if he does eventually- it’s months later and even worse the product arrives totally rotten, mouldy, blown up like a toad due to being infected with fungus and dangerous bacteria from heat exposure- when the product clearly states it requires refrigeration. It even had an expiry date for 10 days after arrival!! What a joke! No wonder this guy lives in Bali so he can escape prosecution and being held accountable by Australian authorities and consumer protection authorities. All customers who have been scammed by this man need to publish their experiences online so other unsuspecting consumers can be warned and this man can be put out of business for good. He only needed to transparent and honest instead he wove a web of lies thinking he could get away with it.

I am having the same experience. I've been waiting for a month. I am so heart broken because that was money that was hard to spend, and now I am being ghosted. I have tried everything to get help about my order, and nothing. I just want my money back. No one is helping me. Please Please don't buy here. I am giving them a couple more days and after that, I am taking legal action.
