I love my suitcase from moln! It's super high quality and I love the color. It's a super sleek and modern design. It is also heavy duty so it won't get torn up if it's being thrown around. They are very expensive though.

I purchased a trolley from Moln, attracted by its sleek leather-look design. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. First, as a resident of France, I was surprised to have to pay over 150 euros in customs duties upon delivery. The company had not informed me that these fees were not included in the purchase price, which is unacceptable for a business selling internationally. Second, the quality and practicality of the trolley leave much to be desired. While it is aesthetically pleasing, it lacks sturdiness. When loaded, it warps on the sides, which is far from reassuring. Additionally, the storage space is extremely limited compared to similar models on the market. The front pocket, which could have been an asset, is too small to be truly useful – a laptop without a case barely fits. Lastly, the customer service was disappointing. When I raised my concerns, I was simply told that their policy does not allow returns and that nothing could be done. At this price point, I expected better quality and more accommodating customer support. In conclusion, while the trolley looks good, it is expensive, impractical, and of insufficient quality. I am very disappointed with my purchase and will not be ordering from Moln again.
