Modelo Especial was introduced to the U.S. in 1982 and to me shortly after lol Nothing better than a cold Modelo, a nice beach, and a cool breeze. Tempted to try Negra, Chelada Especial, and Chelada Tamarindo Picante, but I always seem to reach for the Especial.
Modelo Chelada’s are a family favorite. It’s a cool and refreshing beer and they make it to taste like a michelada without having to do all the work. It goes down smooth and tastes delicious. The price point is perfect too!
