Not only were the products delicious, and worked for me (not as well as others promote but nonetheless was worthwhile for me), their customer service was really helpful for me to navigate the products. 

The products are fresh enough in the sense that I had to be mindful of expiration dates, but the emergency brownies and drink mixes were my go-tos.
