Worst return and costumer service ever ! They literally enjoying torture their clients ! All day back and forth emailing just to return the dress I just got, that btw runs 2 sizes too small ! One size really ? It’s like xxs and I’m us size 4! They asking me for invoice number , what day exactly I got it , make explanation why I’m returning it in several emails , If the answer to the previous question is no, does the item have all the corresponding labels, If the item have the protector? What do these questions event mean ? Then they only have 5 days to return the item but I already spent 2 days to try get return address and you have to pay yourself for return btw for 550$ dress !!
