Too much alcohol in the products. Not really great for the skin
I have enjoyed some of their products, however I feel that the price point is too high for most of their products. All the ones I have tested have smelled great and have never given me any reaction, however they haven't impressed me.
I haven't found a product at Mario Badescu that I don't love! The prices are reasonable and they have so many options depending on your skin type. My personal favorite is the seaweed night cream!
This was the best when I was in high school circa 2010. Looking back at it now it’s full of chemicals and not impactful ingredients.

Damaged my skin and over-dried it. Used a Mario Badescu regimen for years before realizing how harmful most of their products are. Wish I could go back in time and save myself the trouble.

Take unnecessary alcohols and chemicals out of the formulations!
I like the product and it’s packaging, but I didn’t see any difference in my skin. It feels more like a skincare experience rather than a skincare product. I do appreciate that they have a quiz and give samples prior to buying the product on their website.

The Mario Badescu Drying Lotion has been around WAY longer than those zit dots, which do work very well. BUT…putting a dot of the pink lotion on a pimple works p, in many cases, overnight to take care of that pimple. Even if I use the dots, I make sure to have my pink lotion available always!

Some products from this brand work really well for me however others not so much. Two of my favorites from this brand are the rose water and the spot treatment - works really well to get rid of pimples

I’m not a fan of this brand, especially the drying lotion. Not to mention, they were including and not disclosing steroid ingredients in their some of their face cream.

I’d avoid this brand. There are so many options to choose from on the market. Use gentle products that don’t dry out your skin.

I’ve never been outrageously impressed by anything Mario badescu. The roSe water spray isn’t particularly hydrating, and it’s also not a fine enough mist to put over makeup.

This was pretty decent, but I'm not sure it was worth the price. A 6oz bottle of the acne daily face wash was $15, and claims to be gentle enough for every day. For my combo skin, it dried out a bit and only slightly reduced acne.
