Our ingredients are thoughtfully grown and carefully prepared. Like our Fino de Aroma cacao beans, grown on an organic farm in Madagascar and fermented, never roasted, to keep their raw benefits. From cacao bean to finished bar, we’re obsessive about the details. From freeze-drying berries to fermenting cacao beans, each step of the process has been finely tuned to make the best of the ingredients.
