I’ve seen the Mando commercial for months, but I wasn’t 100% sure if I should buy it. Ultimately, I decided to purchase it to support a women-owned business. First, I want to mention that the product is a bit pricey. I bought the cream tube in the Pro Sport scent, and let me tell you – this scent is horrific. The moment you apply it, the smell is overwhelming. Even after washing my hands, I’m left with that awful scent for hours. I can’t speak for the other two scents available.

A friend of mine asked me if I wanted to try his, I said sure, as I was thinking about getting some...so glad I tried before buying it., soon after applying it on, my skin became hot, red, and a rash developed. Does Mando contain alcohol or any other ingredients that may irritate skin?

if I could leave a zero rating I would. As a happy customer of Lume products, I decided to purchase Mando for my husband. I placed an order online on June 22, 2024. To date we have corresponded only by email to various reps of “Team Mando” - as there is no customer service number on their website to speak by phone to an actual company representative. To say things went sideways would be an understatement! On three separate occasions, they attempted to resend/re-ship our order. 11 email messages later and 4 requests for a refund in full, it is now August 22 and they have our money and we do not have their product. This is a complete puzzle to me. Why a company of this size would not have a phone number for customer service and why they would have such difficulty shipping! Products arrive here regularly without problem from Amazon and other online retailers. I cannot recommend this product at all given their lack of after sale support. Be careful!
